- Babies respond to a familiar voice far more than a polished one; you do not need to sing well.
Making It Interactive
- Add actions and gestures; clapping, swaying, and pointing deepen the learning.
- Pause before the last word of a familiar line and let your toddler fill it in.
- Use songs to ease routines; a 'bath song' or 'clean-up song' smooths transitions.
