Meet the Masters: Art & Science Edition (Delhi NCR)

Drop-in art and science sessions in South Delhi where children build STEM kits and try guided art projects inspired by master artists — walk in any time between noon and 8 PM.

About the event

Meet the Masters is a drop-in art-and-science experience set in Jasola Vihar, New Delhi, where children build simple STEM kits and try guided art projects inspired by famous artists and scientists; all within a single, flexible walk-in session. The format is deliberately unstructured: children can arrive any time during the session window, move between stations freely, and spend as long or as little as they like at each activity. From building mini circuits to creating Van Gogh-inspired swirls, the sessions blend STEM thinking with artistic exploration in a way that feels like play rather than learning. Each station is facilitated by someone who can guide without directing; stepping in when needed, stepping back when the child finds their flow.

OUR TIP
The drop-in format is ideal for toddlers who struggle with structured sit-down sessions; there's no pressure to finish an activity or stay for a set duration. Visit mid-week in the early afternoon for the quietest experience.

What to bring

•       Old clothes; paint and craft materials are in active use

•       A change of clothes for younger children

•       A small snack and water bottle

•       An open-ended attitude: let your child lead which station they go to

•       Cash or UPI for kit purchases if your child falls in love with a project

•       Wet wipes for quick hand clean-ups between stations

•       Your own curiosity; the science kit builds are genuinely engaging for adults too

What to expect

A lively, multi-station creative space where children move freely between art and science activities. The format suits different learning styles; some children will spend an hour at one station, others will graze across several. Facilitators are present to help but don't direct; it's self-paced and low-pressure. Particularly good for mixed-age siblings as the activities scale well across the 3–10 band.
